Joy Theater

Staying true to our New Orleans heritage, the Joy Theater has been returned to its Art Deco grandeur of the 1940s, including the historic marquee that graces Canal Street. This former landmark movie theater is an integral venue contributing to New Orleans music, event scene and culture. 2019 interior renovations include new bars, fixtures, wall and acoustic treatments. Conveniently located at the intersection of the Canal and Rampart streetcar lines, two blocks from the French Quarter, walking distance to all downtown hotels, the Superdome and less than one mile to the Convention Center. A 10,000-square foot multipurpose venue featuring a state-of-the-art audio/visual system, built-in stage and flexible, mulit-configurable floor plans for receptions, meetings, awards ceremonies, lectures, screenings and concerts. We have executed successful events for clients such as HBO, Frito Lay, Adobe, FX Network, Miller Coors Brewing, Sprint and History Channel.
